welcome to the carribean, love
Just watched "Pirates of the Carribean" with the commentary on. I started with the Gore Verbinski and Johnny Depp one, but I got bored as (a) both of them sound exactly the same so I didn't know who was talking (b) they both speak very quietly and (c) Johnny is too nice and only talks about how much he loved everyone, which is cool but I want dirt! well not dirt, but at least some info pertaining to the scene. So I switched to the other commentary with Keira Knightly and the guy who played the Commodor (jack davenport?). Their's was a selected commentary, where they only did the scenes they were featured in, which made the movie about an hour long. If you didn't know how young Knightley was, when you hear her babble on in the commentary, you know she's only 18. She's adorable, and her accent is hilarious with the constant "come on mate, cheers yeah?". It's amusing, more engaging than the Verbinski/Depp one.
What on earth will they do for the second movie, I wonder?
