it's haircut time again!

Okay, my hair is long. I'm happy it is long, I like my ponytail, but it needs to get under control. I just grew it out because I was too lazy to go get it cut. But I'm thinking it might be nice to have pretty hair for when I visit the family in Maine in two weeks.

I think I want bangs. I feel as though I have a lot of forehead when I pull my hair back for a pony/pigtail. I found a few pictures of Kristen Bell with bangs that I like.

Now, the ends? Should I let them be all crazy and layered or do something like Gwyneth Paltrow's new look (but with bangs!). Ah, rockin' it old school with Gwenyth, my original girl crush...

Hayden Pantierre just got her hair cut in a similar style but much shorter. It is cute but I think I'll save picture that for later.

Any other suggestions?

la la la, when the heck would I do this? I guess I could go out Friday...or Monday after work. Probably Monday.

OMG Hayden's hairstyle is adorable--I hadn't seen it yet! I think I know what I'll be getting next... (my hair is already pretty short... it needs a trim soon though.)

I love KB's bangs! I've tried to get mine cut like that so many times, but wussed out in the end. My Cally bangs were actually pretty close, though.

Oh oh, I totally took pictures from the photoshoot of the second Kristen Bell shoot with me when I got my hair done, I love it. Super easy to manage and play with if I get bored. Only problem with bangs is maitenence, you have to get them trimmed way more than the rest of your hair. Luckily most places will do them for free or really cheap.

The Gwyneth look is fantastic, I'd definitely say try it.

Unfortunately, I'm not really girly enough to understand these things. I sort of get why the last guy gave me long layers. I do like the first KB with the black background, though. Very sexy.
