I do not like it when someone sends me instructions in VIDEO format and
only video format. When I'm at work, I don't have easy access to sound on
my computer (hello, LIBRARY) so it's a bit of a hassle to find headphones
and sit and listen to a 20 minute video on how to log into a Wiki and
manage a page. Just TELL me in writing. The video can be a supplement, but
I prefer to read instructions and work through something.

This also applies to news articles I want to read and then click to find
out it's a video only report. LAME.

Ugh, yes. Video-only news articles? So annoying.

There should be a rule. I wonder if they bother to count the clicks that go to a page, see it's a video and immediately close the window.
