I also love the tone of this pamphlet! It's not that you are an ill-mannered inconsiderate boor, dear visitor, it's that Japanese culture really value punctuality and Japanese people are startled by loud noises. Totally not your fault in any way! Just please try not to litter or steal furnishings from your hotel room or pee on the floor! Having worked with Japanese vendors for a while now, I totally recognize the spirit of "thank you for helping us stop you from doing something stupid, valued customer".
