8 happy days meme
Whoops, I forgot to post yesterday! Here are the things that made me smile the past two days:
1. The big discussion over how Labyrinth and Clue are NOT guilty pleasure movies, at least, not within my circle of friends. And this is why I love you all!
2. The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. Good book. Seriously. I'm only halfway through but I can already tell it is classic Gaiman. I hope this book encourages kids to read more of his stuff. If they go from this to Coraline, then graduate up to Stardust, then Neverwhere...they will be kept amused with good writing for awhile(and away from that Twilight stuff)
3. I came to the rescue on
dollverse when
eiregirl05 posted and asked about the hoodie that Topher wore in the last episode. I had spotted that it was the Mark Ecko Boba Fett hoodie right away, so I posted a reply and included a link to the online store and she seemed thrilled.
4. The fact that I watched the Buffy episode Doublemeat Palace, then went to work and saw the new Bobby Flay Burgers, Fries, and Shakes cookbook and suddenly craved a hamburger and emailed AD and he was nice enough to make hamburgers for dinner tonight.
