The hours per week on each of them is a little worrying. Do they do that so they don't have to pay full time benefits?

We get full time benefits, I think the hours are just grandfathered in. It's full time, you're here 40 hours but there is. 30 minute unpaid lunch break, technically, so it ends up being 37.5.

I might apply though my only library experience is my 2 years working at the AOK at UMBC - does that count as experience?

What did you do there? If you interacted with people, used a computer etc. then you'd probably be fine.

I worked at the circulation desk and media desk, talking to people, checking out books, and shelving.

I'd say that would qualify at least for the circulation position, but I think that would be fine for a new Library Associate. They are really looking for people willing to do programming, that's our big push at all times, especially preschool age programming. So just a heads up there. :) Go for it!
