I decided to buy myself an early birthday present.

(fun fact: most of the games I backed on Kickstarter are about to show up too LOL I'm going to be BURIED in board games and have no friends to play with because stupid covid and ARGH)

Drawful 2 is an online multiplayer bad-drawing game! You can get it for free right now on Steam, Mac App store.

I think even if you don't have the game, you can play also. You go to jackbox.tv and then enter the room code and I think you can play on your phone or something or just observe if the room is full.

If you follow me on Twitter and Insta, I'm going to post there when I setup a game. We will see if it works.

Librarian positions requires a MLIS.

Library Associate requires a bachelor's degree (in anything).

We are Generalists in this system, so we do ALL THE THINGS, but we are especially big into programming of all shapes and sizes. Many of these positions will be at the brand new Annapolis Library, opening in 2020!

As you all know, I'm a big fan of British YouTube video game shows OutsideXbox and OutsideXtra. Occasionally on these channels, the group will get together and play D&D, and those games are DM'd by the lovely Johnny Chiodini, previously of Eurogamer.

Well, Johnny has left Eurogramer to pursue his passion of tabletop games! He is on a new channel called "Dicebreaker" which is all about table top game reviews. They just launched the channel and I find Johnny charming for some reason so I have, of course, subscribed. And now I'm worried I will need to hide my wallet because I want to try all the games!

Anyhoo, if you're a fan of tabletop games or just like to watch people talk about and/or play games, why not subscribe?

I think Steam has been reading my blog posts! Klei has a publisher sale this weekend and Don't Starve Together is $6! Just throwing it out there. :) I'd rather play with you guys so we can laugh about all the times we have died later. I'm awful at the game but it's fun with friends.

Part-Time Information Desk Positions available at my library system!

These are substitute position where we would book you for shifts to cover vacations, meetings, and sickness - in other words, some bookings would happen far in advance, others might be last minute.

Library Associate Position at Edgewater Branch, AACPL

Library Associates ONLY NEED AN UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN ANYTHING and then lots of enthusiasm. :) This branch just lost someone to a promotion, so they need another person interested in doing programming and outreach for all ages - they have a great preschool crowd for their storytimes and they are also right next to a senior center!
