No time and my flailing is already spent, but the friend who I watch the show with and myself think Cersei blowing up the Sept is going to be Jaime's last straw, and he's going to be the valaquar (sp?) the old witch prophesied about, not Tyrion. She did what Jaime killed Aerys to prevent, and, poetically, I don't think anyone but Jaime could be the one to end her. In his own way, he is honorable, and I think Brienne's example and belief is going to give him the courage to once again do what's Right even though it will break another of his vows.
