I actually had a day OFF!!! How wonderful. I just woke up when I woke up, and moved about at my own pace. Got to do one of my Buffy work outs. Tried to do crunches again, but I don't think I did them right at all. I'm going to give it another shot, as I don't have to be at The Limited until 6 tomorrow. And after that...um....yeah I really didn't do much of anything today. Adrian made brownies and we had hot dogs wrapped in cresent rolls, those were pretty good. Um...I watched "Mr Plow" with commentary while I ate my lunch.
Read a bit more of "Devil in the White City". I'm up to the epilogue. Did you know the Mall in D.C. used to have a railroad track running down it? Apparently, after the 1893 World's Fair, the whole "City Beautification" movement started up, and one of the fair's designers was asked to help with DC. The first thing he did was ask the railroad company to remove the tracks. And guess who's father helped build the fair? Walt Disney's! And Disney built his theme parks to be sort of permanent World's Fairs. Frank Lloyd Wright worked for one of the companies that helped design the fair, but he got fired near the end because they caught him doing freelance work at the same time haha. I love these kinds of books.
And to amuse the other side of my brain, ATHF Vol 2 came today, so we watched "The Drizzle" and a few more episodes. They're so ridiculous, you can't help but enjoy them.
And I made a handful of icons!
