Well, as I hadn't seen very many of the movies that were nominated this year, the oscars were pretty boring for me. Everyone I rooted for didn't get the statue, though I figured they wouldn't (except for "Eternal Sunshine", yay!!!!). *sigh* I wish I was brave enough to do stuff like that. I'd love to direct.

We watched "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow". That was different. I knew what the basis of the film was so I was mentally prepared for a special effects bonanza. Could have been a tad bit tighter, but it was cute in that "homage" kind of way. (though when Dex (giovanni ribsi) randomly shows up at the end, AD & I kept cracking up because of a line in "Thumb Wars" where Princess Bun-Head just magically appears and announes "I escaped somehow", which is pretty much what Dex should have said. I enjoyed it.

Supposed to snow like a mo-fo tomorrow. and by "mo-fo" i mean, 7 inches. remember people, I'm in Maryland, 7 inches is a BIG DEAL! Becky, stop laughing. It's supposed to start around 6am and just keep going, with the worst conditions around noon-1pm. I'm supposed to work 5-9 at CRO tomorrow, we'll see if that actually happens.

Kit & Wezzles

Kit really liked Wezzles. I mean, really liked him. He wanted to cat-nap him. He told us when his birthday was and how he always wanted a Wezzles of his own. haha. Ah well, Kit, you'll have to settle for seeing him every time you're in Maryland.

Stephen & Wezzles

Striking a super cool pose (what, you don't think crooked glasses are super cool?). Wezzles was so excited he didn't even notice that Stephen was dripping with an insane amount of sweat. What a fan!
