I bought one of those bladeless razor hair removal gel kits when we went shopping the other day and I tried it out yesterday. If you know me, you know that 2 out of 3 times I shave, I end up bleeding. I'm just bad at it. This worked pretty well,no personal damage, though I freaked out a bit because I forgot to take off my Buffy ring and the gel tarnished it brown. But Adrian remembered a Queer Eye hip-tip - try toothpaste! So I did and it's all shiny again! He's so smert. Though the fact that toothpaste can remove tarnish from metal...makes you wonder about what's really going on inside your mouth when you brush, yeah?

SavingAngel.org has opened up a Cafe Shop. I am so tempted to buy the tank top because I really like the logo. It will be a great collector's item to have too. Though I'd probably wear it every Wednesday in remembrance of one of my fave shows of all time *sniffle*

*EDIT* I just checked the site and they have changed the tank top's logo...probably cuz it had the old Angel lettering on it which is trademarked, damn.

Speaking of, I wasn't the only person who paniced when Spike was dusted on last week's episode! Someone else posted on the Firefly boards their own personal wiggins. After Joss-I've always wanted to kill someone and have it not pay off-Whedon had Anya run thru in the final Buffy, you never feel safe. When I saw Spike dissapear I almost believed that was it for him. But then Illyria killed Wes, Lorne, and Angel...so I knew it wasn't over.

We watched Timeline last night, which you might know if you read Adrian's journal. I agree with what he said, I enjoyed the movie but I had read the book so I think my brain filled in the gaps. Also, there is soooo much more in the book. If you read Jurassic Park and saw the movie, you know what I mean. Crichton loves to mix real science facts with his fiction, which makes for a great read but in a movie it would be very *yawn*. I was only upset by the lack of beheadings. In the book that's the first way a guy dies, some knight rides by and chops his head off, it's great. But the movie wussed out. They have one potential beheading at the end but they cut away. Must have to do with ratings. Otherwise, if you're looking for a no-brainer action/scifi movie, check it out.

I need to shower. Then I am hitting up that left over chinese from last night. It was soooooooooo (not enough "o"'s to tell you) YUMMY!

dance Angel dance!

Okay, I was all excited cuz I found a Labyrinth website that claimed to have a downloadable version of the game and an Apple II emulator to play it on, but when I clicked on it, the links were all broken! And now I really want to play it! I never beat it, I was only like 8 and it's quite complex puzzle solving. So all of you that know about downloading emulators and old games, point me in the right direction!

please :-)

well, I guess it wasn't quite free, but only 74 cents, not bad at all.

If you want a "free" card too, you can head over to inkwordscards.com for info.

Spike looks scary.

and shiny.

I still haven't eaten. Distracted by internet. I'm really gonna go eat now.

We went out to Ikea and got me a butt-friendly chair.

My old chair was really hurting my butt. I'd suit on it to play computer games that would last hours on end and them I would be so sore for hours. Something poked me right in the tailbone. So I got sick and tired of it, we went to Ikea with my babysitting money and got me a comfy chair for less than $100. Pretty sweet. Plus a couple of hots dogs and a pepsi.

Now to test it out.
