racka-frakin-great-googly-mooglies!
Jun. 12th, 2004 12:24 amHad to quit playing "Beyond Good and Evil", AD said he was going to take away my PS2 if I didn't quit screaming at it. The final boss is a bitch. So I switched back to Indiana Jones, which I am actually on the last level of as well. Did fine until this psycho nazi starting chasing me with a tank. Ah well, beat 2 levels of that before i needed a break. AD is playing KOTOR now, bwahahaha! I want to see him turn to the dark side!
I work soooo late tomorrow, 5:30-10:30. Yuck! Who the heck shops at 10:30 at night??? Oh well, probably means it will be an easy evening. I think I get paid too. yay. Library jobs are up again, and the human resources lady e-mailed me back and said she would send me info. This time, I hope i get in!
We saw "whole ten yards" at the cheap seats last night. Quite amusing. I think I might have liked it better than the first one. Not sure though. The scene in the bar was my favorite. Bruce Willis is such a goofball. You can tell they had way too much fun making that movie. I watched "Heathers" on dvd too. That movie was messed up. But i needed to see it again, for the lingo and some of the quotes which I've noticed used in other contexts. Also watched "Dirty Pretty Things" with the girl from Amelie today. She's not in it as much as you'd think from the poster. But it was an interesting show, though pretty predictable. The slipsleeve said "bizarre murder" but it's not so much a murder as a mystery and you figure it out pretty quick. It's more of a meditation on illegal immigrants and refugees in London. The sad thing is at the end she leaves for New York City, and I have a feeling that life will not be any easier for her there. Then we watched "The Dish" this evening, cuz I bought it on half.com this week and i just love that movie. Sam Neill and Patrick "Puddy/Cronk" Warburton. It's info-tainment. And that was about it for today.
( Oh, yeah and i made some more icons. )
