'Bonechiller' has all the trappings of a classic horror story. While walking home on a dark, winter night, Danny suddenly has the feeling of being followed. He finds himself chased by a creature, something BIG, and it knocks him to the ground and stings him on the hand. When he wakes up in the morning, he convinces himself it was all just a crazy dream, but then he noticed the small blue dot in the middle of his palm.
Definitely creepy. The friendship between the main characters reminded me of Stephen King's IT. It is a very quick read and once you get halfway through, it's hard to put down at all.
