SUCCESS!

AW YEAH!!!!!!!!!

While yesterday might have been a bust (Mika tickets sold out in fan club pre-sale), this morning was a complete success! TWO TICKETS TO SEE PARAMORE!!!!!!!!!!

And it's at the Fillmore, which I have never been to (confused it with the Strathmore...what is it with Silver Spring and "more" in their venue names??) -- ANYWAY, the Fillmore looks like it's the same size as the 9:30 Club in DC, it only has space for 2000! It's going to be an intimate little ROCK AND ROLL SHOW!

I cannot wait. May 18, I am gonna jump and dance around like it's my job :D

So, I was talking about the whole Mika situation to a co-worker and she was
like "well, maybe you should sign up for the fan club" so I went to browse
the site, clicked through and found out the fan club was just really a
forums section of his webpage. Poked around a bit more and found out THERE
IS A SHOW IN PHILLY!!!!!!!

Tickets were being sold through TICKETFLY so they didn't show up when I
searched for more shows on Ticketmaster.

And guess what else???

THERE WERE TICKETS AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM GOING TO SEE MIKA IN APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, it's like I'm in college again! I used to see shows every single
weekend, usually in the Philly area.

(of course, back then the shows were only $10 and my car did not require
premium gas...but whatever, this is why I have a job, to pay for fun!)
