I'll do whatever snowmen do in summer

Ugh, I guess it's summer now. It was sunny and in the mid-80s today. I had storytime in the morning and made the mistake of 1) letting my hair down before going in and 2) doing Going on a Bear Hunt AND Happy and you know it right at the end, back to back. I was sweating SO MUCH! I could feel it running down my back. Then I had to go get in a the hot car and drive 20 minutes to Annapolis for a meeting.

I did stop by Third Eye Comics on the way home and picked up the latest issue of the Serenity comics. Need to read it tonight.

All caught up on Orphan Black now too. This season is getting better and better, though I feel like I need some kind of graph explaining the double-triple-quadruple-crossing going on. Sorta like Coulson had in that episode of SHIELD, which I am ALMOST caught up on. One episode left. (Tim needs to study for his interview tomorrow so we're not watching anything else tonight).

Tomorrow I'm back on my normal Thursday night shift! I cannot WAIT to sleep in. Next week will be completely back to normal, with Weds/Thurs as my night shifts, I can't wait to just sleep until 10 LOL.

OH and Monday was crazy and I got stuck on the desk for 4 hours due to some scheduling shenanigans. There really wasn't any other option, except maybe putting up a sign that said "Find it your own damn self" which I don't think my manager would have liked. ANYWAY - I found this on my desk yesterday afternoon from one of the other librarians.



There were chocolate chip cookies inside. Homemade cookies!!

I am so freakin' lucky, my co-workers are the best.
