jimithingy installed Nightlife on my computer this evening. And let me say, it's a crazy party. I bought my one family a car. Another Sim was invited downtown by a new friend. And one of the teens attempted to have a dream date (and it would have worked if I hadn't forgotten to pay the bill at the diner before getting into my car! the date ended up paying and storming off...oh well) Didn't meet any vampires.

They fixed that big loading issue. I mean, it still takes awhile between screens, but rememeber when you wanted to go downtown and you had to wait for the downtown map to load, then pick a place, then wait for it to load? Well, they finally realized that middle step was stupid. So you click on "go downtown" and you pick where you want to go right then! It's great.

The cars are fun. I bought the nice hotrod one, and you can just go for a spin and watch the fun meter rise, or you can pick up your date and not have to wait for the taxi.

The Turn On-Turn Off stuff is very funny! One of my Sims says he's turned on my smelly people! haha. And another one says he is turned off by people with brown hair?? Seems a bit superficial! There's this whole "chemistry" thing too, where Sims with more chemistry can get together faster. You can finally ask those strange sims what their aspirations are before going after them. You can also ask what their sign is hehe. It's ridiculous.

Yes it's fun. If I don't come up for air tomorrow, that is where I am. Sim Land - Downtown. Dancing the Smustle!
