w00t! King Kong as an 87% fresh review on Rotten Tomatoes! I really really really want to see this movie. Baltimore Sun gave it a B+ but I'm not going to read the review as I tend to absorb the reviewers thoughts and then try to figure them out during the movie instead of just watching the movie. (and we all know I'm a pretty tough reviewer myself so I don't need any help hehe).

We have some fun "wintry mix" weather in the forecast for tomorrow, which of course, is the first day I have the afternoon free to shop. *shakes fist at the sky*

Library called me this morning and switched my schedule around, so instead of working 5-9, I'm here now, 11-5, which I'm actually pretty happy about. It will be nice to be home before 9:30! Lost is a rerun again tonight, so that means we can watch House from last night! brilliant!

I was working on a set of Last Unicorn icons last night, but I couldn't think of any text. Most of them are of the butterfly...might have to dig out my copy of the book and look for some lines to quote. Though most of his lines are quotes from other things! haha.

As you can probably tell from this post, it's a tad slow on the desk right now...expect a post from me harassing you to jump thru some hoops and amuse me very soon....

Washington Post gave KK a fantastic review. The critic loved it. Said Jack Black is just himself though, no acting involved on his part, really. lol I can't wait to see this movie! *squee* Friend of mine went to see it at midnight last night already. =P

Jack Black is the new Jeff Goldbloom! haha. I love him in every movie, but he always plays Jeff Goldbloom!

i want to see it noooooooooow! This week is too crazy though. I'm sure it will be in theaters for awhile.

I wasn't sure I wanted to see King Kong because the trailers didn't do much for me. Then you made a comment about it...and I realized that it's Peter Jackson and I LIKE Peter Jackson. He's a damn good film-maker and plus, King Kong is the movie that got him into film-making which means I bet he did a kick ass job with it. So now I really wanna go see it. :)

"Magic do as you will" is actually a nice quote.... maybe use it for a kissing scene? I actually think of all these ideas you might like that.
