Anyway, about the Grammys - I really do like Norah Jones but WHAT? that was her first album and I don't think it really beat "The Rising". I mean, the album is good to listen to when you want that smoky-bar-drinking-wine-wearing-a-beret feel...but album of the year, all around? Hm, no. Ah well. Perhaps it will inspire record labels to put out some new music and be more adventurous since I'm sure blue note and sony had no idea this would happen.
My birthday is next week. :-) Same dilhemma as christmas though, my mom wants a list. I'm not gonna give her one though cuz there's not a whole heck of a lot that I want that she doesn't know. I mean, how many times can I mention the buffy and angel dvds? or Smallville CD? dunno.
