Nooooo! Our xbox has the Red Ring of DOOM! And I just bought Civilizations Revolution!!! AD is on the phone with customer support right now. He's patiently spelling "Ninja Gaiden II" to the person on the other end. (It sounds like a little old lady from here). She's explaining to him how to remove the harddrive...that makes me a tad bit nervous...

Blurgh. Guess it will be a few months or so until I get to play my game. :\

Have you tried the online Customer Service? Joe's roommate has had two Red Rings, and he was able to fill out the customer service online fairly quickly. They had you type in a number or something and then they ship you a box to mail your XBOX back in.
