yeah. Billions and billions of dollars. yet he only wants to up the budget from something like 46 billion to 47 billion over the next five years. NASA is grossely underbudget to begin with. We just don't have the surplus to spend right now, and we haven't come up with a way to make mars (or the moon for that matter) profitable.
He's just a dumbass who's ripping off JFK's speech minus a firm comitment. Why do any of his advisors even let him speak?
