30 Day TV meme

orangerfulSorry about the lack of real posts - Sims 3 ate my life and I've been trying to finish Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (I didn't, only made it to page 217 but I need a break anyway, not used to these adult, dark novels).
But, before I go to work, I wanted to see if I could knock this out:
Day 15 - Favorite female character
Willow Rosenberg. Like Wesley, she had the best character arc of the entire series, growing from "softer side of Sears" Willlow to a confident woman.
Runners Up:
Zoe (Firefly)
Starbuck (Battlestar Galactica)
Veronica Mars
Day 16 - Your guilty pleasure show
Amazing Race. It's the only reality TV show that I watch but I love it.
Day 17 - Favorite mini series
Band of Brothers. Everything about this mini-series works. The actors are perfect in their roles, the direction and editing make it both a relationship drama and war epic. The music is beautiful. I love it. I've watched it several times and we own it on blu-ray.
Day 18 - Favorite title sequence
Wow...hm...that's a tough one! I love the theme to Buffy, Angel, and Firefly but I don't think I would say their title sequences are the best out there. *ponders* might just have to pick a few that jump to mind:
The title sequence to Dexter really pulled me into the show from the start.
True Blood is another one where you can get the gist of the themes of the entire series just from the opening - it's disturbing but I can never look away!
Dead Like Me was hilarious with it's Grim Reapers wandering around
Those are the 3 that jump to mind right away - odd that they are all Showtime/HBO programs. Guess because those channels actually give their shows the full run time each week instead of selling it all to commercials.
And on that note I gotta get to work!!!
