Well, that lasted all of 9 hours. I got the email that my paid account had expired, took one look at my measly 5 icons and the HUGE ad that suddenly appeared on my journal and said



I'm not going to renew my icon upgrades, but I figure $20/year for a pretty livejournal that I'm actually using isn't too much to ask.

Next up, I need to renew my Xbox Live. I know I can't live without that. Need my Hulu and Netflix on the big screen. :D

I can't remember the last time I was on a basic. I like my copious amount of icons and no ads. LJ is one of the only websites I pay to be a member of, I figure I'm allowed to splurge once in a while.
