I was going to post about a bunch of different things today but then, last night, this happened:



combined with daylight savings time happening, today was pretty much spent in bed, drinking water LOL.

Good birthday party though :-)

And now, back to bed! Because all that sleeping/hangover made me TIRED!

Yes. Yes it is. I felt all 100 the next morning LOL. I'm going to take the advice of meadowlark and mix it with some seltzer water next time. It was tasty though!

Midnight Moon is delicious, but it's so strong that I have to dilute it in seltzer water. Which flavor do you have there? Blueberry?

Seltzer would have been the SMART thing to do, probably could have lasted longer haha. I think I will do that with the rest of it.

They are both Blueberry. Tim thought he had grabbed a cranberry but when he got home he realized his mistake. There was definitely a slight difference in flavor though I can't remember which one I actually preferred LOL

It was delicious! That was the problem LOL (that and the pineapple martini we had first...and the glass of wine...and the creme brulee stout I had to at least taste). I would definitely try it, though either dilute it with seltzer or limit yourself to one glass then back to water haha

It was lots of fun! We started off trying to learn poker on a whim, then we played Cranium while the lasagna cooked, then after that (and a few drinks) we played Cards Against Humanity, ending the whole thing in a YouTube hole because what else can you do but look up funny videos after a few drinks. :)

It was so tasty...TOO tasty! I love that we have a HUGE liquor place about 25 minutes away where you can get crazy stuff like this. Every now and then we go in and grab something random. This was worth it but whoa-boy, next time I'm either limiting myself to ONE drink or I'm mixing it with seltzer water!

Buying crazy stuff in a liquor store sounds like something I enjoy as well. I'm more keen on experimenting while I'm out and about though, I've lately entered the world of Martini cocktails and try to find my way around. But yeah, like you said, having water on the side is always the right way to go :)

Yum! Someone brought some Moonshine to the lawyer's office where I was working a few years ago. I can't remember if I had blackberry or blueberry moonshine, but it was tasty! There's a distillery in Gatlinburg (TN) now, and they do tastings... I'd love to go. ^_^

I also tried butterscotch moonshine a few weeks ago at a Beer/Bourbon festival. It was amazingly smooth. I thought it would be great for some really hardcore Adult Butterbeers!
