Also, people complain about the NSA watching there every move but ever since I bought something on ModCloth EVERY SINGLE SITE I go to has an ad for ModCloth with images of the items I had been browsing.



Also, I did get my first order from ModCloth. Sadly, the shoes I really wanted didn't fit but it was probably a good thing because they were crazy expensive...super cute but so pricey. UK sizing is confusing for US feet. They are out of my size now so I will get a full refund. I did get an adorable skirt and some other shoes though. hehe. I just love the whole retro look of the shoes and dresses. There are a lot of sandals I want on there. I tried to browse Kohls today to convince myself I should get things elsewhere but those sandals were LAME. I maybe go back later this month (next credit card cycle) and browse again...maybe.

I had a similar experience with ModCloth shoes. I loved the style on their page but when I got them they didn't quite fit and they didn't make me happy enough to justify the price. I do adore my dressy green-lace dress I got from them, though.

I like DSW for shoes and sandals, maybe you could try there?

Yeah, the problem with buying nice clothes is that you actually have to measure. I was lucky this time with the skirt I bought and got the right size but if I buy anything else, I will need to be measuring all the things! And I want so many of the dresses...though I have no idea WHERE I would wear them.

Hm, perhaps I will peruse DSW's website while it's slow on the desk today...

OMG I hate that the ads do that. So creepy! Mine keep showing me stuff from Macys... mainly those jeans I bought :| AND I was looking at my preggo cousin's baby registry at Babies R Us and now it's all this Babies R Us stuff! NO. NOOoo! It was a one time thingggg :(
