orangerfulThe baby birds are learning to fly outside. One of them already flunked. Flew right into our sliding door. I couldn't figure out what made the "thud" sound so I walked over to look and he was sitting there screaming for his mommy. He's gone now so I can only assume she yelled instructions to him. Silly bird.
Adrian and I were up until 2am playing Civ3 AGAIN. *sigh* AD is on wacko-land schedule anyway, which means i'll spend a good portion of today alone. Damian had invited us to Six Flags but i wasn't sure with work and all if I could go. I need to get out in the sun cuz I am sooooo white. I had black pants on yesterday with my black sandals and my feet looked ghostly.
I used my discount yesterday at The Limited. Your first outfit you purchase is %50 off, so I picked out a skirt that was calling to me all week and a matching top. Then they had tank tops on sale for $10 and that doesn't happen that often, so I grabbed 3 of those just in case my size/colors were all gone by next week. Then I went by Victoria Secret and used my coupon for this month. So, honestly, I probably didn't have the cash to go to Six Flags right now. I'm enjoying the retail thing, but I hope the library comes thru before summer is over. There's a lot of pressure to sell sell sell, and I usually get one of those "sells" done, but the other 2, I'm just not there yet. The thing right now is how many pairs of pants you can get people to buy. And who wants to buy pants during the summer? Anyhoo, the more pants you get people to buy, you get a little commission. It's like $1 for 1 pair, $5 for 2....up to $50 if you get one person to buy 5 pair. That's a lot of money for them cuz pants are not cheap. I was supposed to sell like 15 pair yesterday, I think I might have got credit for 2. Or something. I don't really get it. I spent most of my time organizing the pants, because that's what I do best, putting things in order. hehe.
I just found a ton of screen caps from the last episode of Angel and some new brushes for photoshop. So I'm going to take my shower then play around with those for awhile.
