When I was a teenager, I got really upset with any movie that perpetuated teens as sex-crazed, overrun by hormones stereotypes (probably because I identified too much with them and it scared me but I didn't know that at the time) so I refused to see American Pie. And now I've made it this far so I have no desire to see it at all LOL. I was a weird kid, I got really upset when my parents watched "The Craft" for the same reason.

I never actually saw American Pie but the whole idea of the teens being sex obsessed insulted me when I was 16 (which is when it came out). I didn't want to see it because I didn't want my parents to think that was how I was. Or something. Look, it made sense when I was 16!!! now it's just a life choice.

I got 102. I have apparently seen a lot of awful movies, lol. And idk how I made it through the 90s/early 2000s without seeing a single Scream, Scary Movie, or American Pie. Guess I was just ~too young~ to care. Or too busy watching She's All That or A Walk to Remember lol. MANDY MOORE WAS NOT SO BAD xD
