WHO KNOWS! It varies from state to state but in Maryland, you just need a college degree in ANYTHING to work at the Information Desk, you only need the Master's Degree to go into management. You might be able to get behind the desk one day! It's never a high paying job, but I love my job because of all the people I get to meet and things I get to do. :)
