Sep. 22nd, 2018 07:31 pmYou know, sometimes people assume that since I am an extrovert, I must like being around people all the time.
Not true. It really depends on the people and the situation.
Hanging out with my parents is nice but keeping the banter to the level I want takes work.
Going to a friends house party seems fun, but when I only know two other people there, talking to them for an hour just gets draining.
I'm just tired now and kind of want to do my own thing for the rest of the night.
I signed up to work tomorrow, Sunday service is "optional" for staff, but if you don't sign up you get entered into a lottery if they get desperate for help. So I'm working a shift tomorrow by choice rather than getting drafted.
I just keep reminding myself that it is fun money for our trip in a week.
Blah.

I'm part time, and I've joked that I would gladly work all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but they don't operate like that.
