I know "Grant Access" is such a strange terminology. I guess they wanted to be different.
Just to make things weirder, sometimes I think LJ sends me emails for posts that I am not a part of the "friends group" for so it says you posted, I click through, and then it says "Post does not exist". I've had it happen enough now that I think it is more a filtering issue than that many people post and delete.
