Hop off the outlaw train, Will, before you land us all in jail!

Crazy windy today. Which made everyone hide inside the mall for shelter. Really, the Bay Bridge had wind warnings up, so I think a lot of people stopped into the store to kill time and hope that the wind would go down. It was soooo busy. But at least it made the time go by faster. I'm there tomorrow from 12:30-6. At least i can wear jeans cuz it's Sunday!

I'm about half way thru Season 6 of Buffy now. And I really can't find anything wrong with the season. The stories are good, the characters are evolving. I think it was just so dark and depressing that I had convinced myself it wasn't good. I think the end scene in "Dead Things" sums it up. Buffy had asked Tara earlier in the episode to see if she "came back wrong". Tara assures her that she is in fact, fine, it's just that her essence was ripped from the heaven dimension and funnelled back into her body and that is what is making Spike's chip not react to her. Buffy starts to cry, saying that "this can't be me" and "tell me I'm wrong" "please don't forgive me". I'd have to say that is how it feels watching the season. It's going the way it should be, things are rough for every scooby gang member. But I feel like Tara, nothing is really wrong with BtVS, it's just going someplace it knows it doesn't want to go but has to go. It's dirty and dark and twisted.

Yeah, so I think I'm actually liking Season 6 this second time around. I mean, it's not my fave season, but I don't hate it the way I thought I would. Especially now that I know Willow goes evil, I can't believe I didn't pick up on that. Dawn is still Dawn, but after listening to the special features on the DVD, they knew she was annoying but couldn't quite figure out how to get her out of the funk.

Oh, and get this, I had a bunch of CDs on my CD visor holder in my car and 4 of them are fried beyond repair. They were all mix CDs, but there were some songs on there I liked and don't have anywhere else. I tried to rip them into the computer, but it didn't work, they are that damaged. They are embarassingly bad songs too. Stone Temple Pilots Sour Girl, LifeHouse Hanging By A Moment, Better than Ezra At The Stars....*sigh*, but they work so well in mixes. So i'll have to start downloading tunes again to make some mixes.

Found out my mom's birthday is Wednesday. I need to think of what I want to get her. Besides this card here. Yeah, clueless at the moment. And tired. I have monday off though, so expect some iconage then!

that totally happened to me with the cds
excpet mine werent in a visor
and they didnt melt
they just got crazy scratches
cuz i had like 15 piled up next to britney's mom's funky stereo system
(*my discman that plugs into the tape player*)
they are all on this ledge under the dashboard
my discman
then the pile of cds
then my orange bandana from summer camp
cuz i was the orange group counselor
the bandana was in my car since camp
i used to wear it everyday to camp
no need now
anyway
the bandana was to make sure the cds didnt slide and fall during a turn
well, britney's mom makes some crazy turns apparently
and almost everytime they fall
so u'd think i'd move them
or actually use my cd visor that is currently on my desk
but no
i have the pile of cds that is normally on the desk in the car where u'd normally have a cd visor
*sigh*
i waste so many blank cds
shake it
