I just really hope nothing stupid happens in Virginia today....well, stupider than what is already happening.

These people can hug their guns close all they want, but they better not point them at anyone.

I'm so scared that something awful is going to happen today...

Honestly, I'm always scared white supremacists are going to do something stupid. I've had so many horrible dreams. I just don't talk about it much because if I think too much about my fears, I go to a very dark place.

ETA 2: I looked it up and it appears to have ended? So that's a relief.

I am so glad they were ignorant but kept it decent. I really was waiting all day to hear awful news. I mean, there is plenty of "look at these guys!" posts, but at least they didn't hurt anyone physically (though the mental image of that many people with guns is upsetting to me from a distance so I don't know how locals felt after that...and the horrible lynching threats just made me want to throw up)

I'm just shaking my head and hiding under the covers as long as Mom will let me. (I've been recruited to help make dinner, but I'm just.....really glad I don't have to be At Work today.)
