I'm such a vegetable today!
Oct. 19th, 2004 10:19 pmI babysat this morning but then I got home and all I did was watch TV! Honestly, my head has been feeling a little bit dizzy since Monday. Dunno what is up with that, I'm a bit dizzy right now. Anyhoo, got a free copy of "Mulan" from Alex today as part of my babysitting payment, and since my head felt/feels dizzy, I just decided to watch it. I enjoyed it, though the music isn't as good as the movies before it. But I still giggled at some of the lines. And the animation looked good. There's a whole second disc of special stuff too. The weirdest thing so far was this Jackie Chan music video. Yes, I said MUSIC video. Jackie sings, in Mandarin, the song "I'll Make a Man Out of You", while doing kung-fu moves. It's very weird. I'm not quite sure what purpose it serves except to be a DVD extra....are there that many rabid jackie fans that will just buy the DVD for that?
I watched a good portion of "Something's Gotta Give" after that. It started out pretty funny, but the last hour really dragged on and on. I flipped over to NBC to watch Scrubs (which was hilarious, I'm so happy they found their groove again!), and I missed the last half hour of the show. anyone want to tell me how it ends?
I want to get my haircut this weekend. Not really sure what style to go with. It's reached that length where it weighs itself down and looks like crap. If anyone has any suggestions for something short, easy to manage, but cute, please post! Right now, I'm thinking I might just got back to the Willow/Josie flip look. That was pretty easy to style, and when I didn't style it, it didn't look too horrific....comments?
