orangerfulI told Andrea I was quitting today and gave her my letter, so my last day will be Jan 2nd (as I told her I could work that day before i quit). But yes, I am done. Actually just checked my library e-mail and had a note from WCO about the 23rd, so hopefully I'll get some more hours before the month is over.
Watched the first 2 episodes of LOST tonight. I had missed more of the pilot then I knew! The whole first chunk, which was insanely exciting! I found myself gasping and "EWW!"-ing at the TV. LOST rocks. Kate actually got to act in the episode too. I'm not so sure about her though, as an actress or a character. It was neat to get a chance to look back and see where everyone was during and right after the crash. Though I'm wondering when the monster will come back, as I can't believe the "polar bear" was making any of the noises they heard on the beach at night. Also, I feel as though the scruffy factor the guys is going pretty well, though I'm not as sure about the girls. But guys have facial hair, so it's a tad easier to fake. But watching that first episode, Sayid and Sawyer have definately gotten scruffier...Charlie, not so much, and Jack too, he must have a razor stashed somewhere on the island with a can of barbersol.
Anyhoo, off to read one of the many MANY books I checked out this week. Toodles!
