I'll stop doing it if you'd stop laughing
Feb. 17th, 2005 05:42 pmOkay, I think the people in the apartment above us eat Dog Food. I swear, I think they heat it up and leave it near the air vent so it filters down here. It just smells so nasty! I can't think of any other food that would create that smell....
Looooooong couple of days. I did the psycho-sam thing yesterday and babysat from 11-4 then went to the library from 5-9. Today I just babysat but I had to get their earlier than usual and it was just me and them the whole day. I have created little star wars monsters, it's true. As I was getting ready to leave, they started to BEG their mom&dad to let them watch a DVD (they are only supposed to watch them on weekends). Ah well, at least it's just violence and no real nudity haha.
Reserved tickets for the Stephen Kellogg & The Sixers show next Friday night at Jammin Java! Right now, there is nothing else on my schedule, so I'm hoping we can leave early and get good seats (hell, maybe even plug into the soundboard with my mini-disc?).
imabandmagnet is going to be there too, which is super cool, haven't seen her in ages. Dunno if
maybemanda is coming, as she said she might have an exam. It's a friday though. Hm.
I have to say "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister" is quite good. Far better than "Mirror Mirror" and perhaps on the level with Wicked. I haven't finished it yet though, so final verdict is not in. I looked up the info on imdb about the Wonderful World of Disney version that was aired in 2002 and the girl who played Cassie Newton in season 7 of Buffy played Iris, which is kinda funny. She is an odd looking girl, so it makes sense.
I really liked LOST last night. Even though the Sawyer story was very dark, I felt it was a lighter episode for the series, lots of giggling between Kate and Sawyer. It was so nice to see Kate SMILE! Hell, I actually felt like she finally got to ACT in this episode. Honestly, Angel broods, but at least he has a sense of humor about it. But then again, I knew Drew Goddard wrote the episode so I was looking for a reason to love it. And I did. Can't wait until someone posts screencaps, so many pretty smiles...
I'm gonna go work on some icons now.
