that was supposed to take longer!
Feb. 21st, 2005 07:20 pmOkay, I don't actually remember placing this book on hold for myself, but apparently I did. It's the Episode III prequel novel "Labyrinth of Evil". I can't decide if I want to read it or not, I mean, there's bound to be some spoiler factors in there. Plus, I haven't read a star wars novel since Timothy Zahn's original trilogy with Grand Admiral Thrawn. Perhaps I shall flip through it and see how it is. Usually I can't stand novelizations. I just brought back the BtVS novel I was attempting. I just can't get into reading the fight scenes. Plus, the characters just didn't seem right. I know Xander was cranky season 3 but he wasn't that cranky. I like my buffy books to be academic.
It's been pretty quiet here tonight. Oh, I'm at West County, btw. Apparently they have some kind of librarian flu going around so I was "traded" (as Ivan put it) from CRO to WCO. So, now I'm here 4 days this week. So silly. They should just hire me at this point hehe. But then, no one would get to take days off if I was full time.
I'm gonna flip through this star wars book even though I'm not done with "Artemis Fowl" yet. It's a challenge to see how many books I can be "reading" at one time.
