I just bought a Star Wars Bobble Pen. It's Yoda. When I write with it, it looks like he has had one too many cups of coffee. Highly amusing. Definately worth the $4.

I forgot that today was the last day for taxes to be mailed. I went to the post office to mail a half.com order and it was insane with people getting the postmark on their tax envelopes. I'm so happy I mailed the stuff on Monday. *phew*

Finally got my two college sweethearts graduated and moved on in Sims 2. The one sims wants 6 grandchildren, so she has to start poppin out babies or adopting kids asap. The guy wants to be the top of the law enforcment job so he's a cop right now, walking the beat. I made her get a job in showbiz, just because none of my Sims have done that one before and she really likes Entertainment/Culture. Such a silly game.

Target had the bobble pen, this was the first time I've seen them. And now I guess I need to go back to TRU and get some wrapping paper. :-)

Do you know how hard it was for me NOT to pick up a roll of gift-wrap? *laughs* Anyone who'd appreciate it in my little RL world doesn't have a birthday til the end of the year. So, I couldn't justify spending the money on it. I opted for Galactic Heroes Yoda and Palpy, instead. :) It totally sucks, but I picked up a little Treepio and Artoo t-shirt for the wee man at TRU, and the hubbie just noticed it has some holes in it. And, it was the last one closest to his size. I'm gonna have to return it. :(

the pen was in the front part of the store, where the trading cards and stuff are, right by the checkouts. If the trading cards hadn't been taunting me, I would never have seen it. :-) Palpy and Yoda are so cute, you made the right choice.

That sucks about the shirt. when TPM came out, Kohls had a ton of t-shirts and they went on sale at the end of the summer, so I have a LOT of star wars t-shirts circa that era. Hopefully something similar will happen with RotS. Don't give up! Maybe you can find a shirt for everyone in the family! :-)

Huh... we didn't even have a Kohl's until like a year or two ago. o.O I was hoping that somebody would have more clothing items. (I still have to see if Hot Topic has any new pieces.) When TPM was out, I picked up a tank pajama top from Target that had Padme's emblem and said 'Star Wars' on it. If it wasn't so sheer, I'd wear it out. :D I was hoping I could find something similar for this film. (I've already been eye-balling the bedding set. *giggles*) Oh, and Target has a fleece blanket with like Anakin's name, and one of the emblems on it. Hee! At least for now, the wee man has a Yoda tee, and the starfighter tee. I guess that's better than nothing. ;)
