well, breakfast is covered.
Apr. 17th, 2005 08:07 pmBought a box of Crispix so I'm well on the way to getting my R2-D2 bowl. Also grabbed 2 boxes of Eggos, so I can mail in for the Darth Vader/Anakin plate. Now if I can just find the new cups at Target. We will be dining in style this summer!
I played Sims 2 today....a lot. I did manage to fold clothes and pack a bit while I did it (the old Sims can handle themselves). Ophelia and Johnny had twins. Mind you, they already have one little boy (Hamlet), so popping out twins was not what I was hoping for. Then I switched over to Johnny's parents and little sister. She wanted to get into a private school, so I invited the headmaster over for dinner. Right after he shows up, her dad is walking him to the backyard, and death shows up. So now the sister and the mom are bawling and the headmaster is like "I'm bored, I'm hungry, you suck, no school for you!". Luminara is a teenager now, she's weird looking, but I gave her a hat, so hopefully that will distract from the green skin and lack of nose. Shaak Ti wasn't so lucky. She's a kid now, and she's just fugly. Her cheeks are all sunk in and her eyes are tiny. My goal is to have Hamlet, Luminara, and Zaphod all go to college at the same time, maybe be in the same dorm. I dunno if I want any of them to hook up, but they should all be friends at least.
The hardest part of that game is deciding what aspiration to pick. I absolutely hate the romance aspiration, they never actually do anything and it's hard as heck to keep them happy cuz they want to woo-hoo with everyone and no everyone is available to woo-hoo. So I have only done that one twice and I dont' even play those people anymore. I don't really have issues with the other ones, it's just hard to decide!! That's why I started playing the pre-made families, just so I could skip that part. But now they all have kids, so I've gotta pick! Aieee! And if I send them to college they usually get to change their aspiration if they get enough skills...so I have a second change. Why is this game so fun!!!
