Had my evaluation this afternoon - turns out, I rock. who knew? Not that they are hiring me full time, but they didn't have anything bad to say about me. More along the lines of that there is a lot to learn but nothing that can be taught. So yay!

It's been off and on here today. Upstairs was pretty quiet but I spent most of the afternoon packing coupons into the summer reading program baggies. That made the time go by. Then I had my eval and dinner, and now I'm downstairs in the children's section all by myself. So I stickered some over-sized books. Bill was supposed to be on the desk with me, but he's helping with the Click Here! class upstairs. So he won't be back until about 7:15ish. So it's just be and the small children and the books.

4 pages of the "Serenity" comic prequel have been posted here. You have to scroll down a little but they are there. Jayne swears in chinese in the comic, that amuses me. I will be collecting these if I can. The Angel soundtrack came out today as well, now I'm wondering if Best Buy will have it. Oooooh, maybe Alex can get it for me! Will have to check the label info. Scrubs also came out on DVD today, which I totally forgot about. Star Wars has taken over my existence, all other fandoms must wait until after May 19th to contact me.

New "House" episode tonight. yay.

Someone just asked me about j.k. rowling biographies, and it has sent me into a personal search for a bunch of random non-fiction books. So far I have to go upstairs and get "Harry Potter and Philosphy" and 2 LotR books. Now I'm in the star wars books...

Yay you!!! I thought that they weren't hiring right now, anyhow... that they just filled the position that was open. This looks good, I think. Perhaps the next time around??? :D

Right there with you... but I've noticed that Angel has been somehow managing to break through to some degree every so often. ;)

I'm hoping that after all the EpIII hype dies down, I can borrow my friend's Serenity discs and finally see what everyone's gushing about. :)

ah yes, then we can fangirl over the Serenity clips that are out...I have a feeling you'll like Jayne. Oh, you'll probably like Mal too, he's got that bad boy side, as long as you can get beyond the fact the he played the Big Bad's sidekick in season 7 of buffy.

Sounds like a plan! :) My best friend's hubbie already scored tickets to the film, though I cannot remember if it's an advance screening, or not. So, I'm sure I'll be hearing all about it through them. ;D

Yeah, I heard that the preacher is in Serenity... that may throw me off a bit, just like seeing the Psychology student from Buffy on Angel... o.O

oh I'm so jealous of her. The D.C. advanced screening sold out in about 10 seconds, I swear. The movie doesnt come out until Sept 30th. There's actually a new LJ comm devoted to discussing firefly. We're supposed to watch the episodes "together" then chat about them or something. It hasn't actually started yet though hehe.

10 more minutes then I'm speeding down the highway to RotS!!!!
