this will completely discredit my last post but...

I tear up at the end of 'Legally Blonde'. I really adore that movie. It was such a pleasant surprise! Elle Woods is such a great character - she starts out with the silliest motive but ends up growing into a great person and a serious lawyer. Yet she's still fun and cute and why the heck not? And I like that the relationship with her and Luke Wilson's character is kept totally platonic on screen. And Selma Blair's character is redeemed too! It's just a feel good kinda movie!

I've never watched the second one, I heard it was horrible and pretty much reset Elle's personality back to where she was at the beginning of the first movie, which makes no sense, since it would be at least 5 years later. So I'm going to pretend that never happened.

And I'm wary of this. I mean, I guess it could work...

...maybe I'll get the library to buy the soundtrack so I can hear the music....
