Tried to update my site but it was co-operating and taking to long to refresh so I might have made a bigger mess than anything else. I'm so outta space, I have to hotlink all of my icons from my photobucket account. My firefly icons page isn't even showing up....hm. I think I need to just re-do the entire set up. Not the graphics so much as the way I've uploaded them. Madness.

At least I like my new banner. Now to make a new one for my LJ. I already have an idea - remember the potato chip commercial where they dared you to eat just one? I was going to make an LJ banner with the text "Fandoms, we dare you to have just one" and then put picks from BtVS, Star Wars, LotR, Lost, etc, all over. That or I'm going to try the programming trick that spitefairy showed me that will allow my images to rotate each time the page is loaded. Which would be pretty sweet...but probably a lot of work for my little brain haha.

I actually have a day off tomorrow!!! I don't have to wake up at any particular time or anything. How great is that?

I think I shall go read 'Star Wars & Philosophy' before my brain shuts down entirely. :-)

I tried to make a new LJ banner last night, of course completely scrapping my other idea because the whole coding thing almost melted my brain. I made this (http://pics.livejournal.com/orangerful/pic/00015q9k) Obi-centric banner but when I saved it, it came out much darker than before so I need to go back and tweak it tonight. I just love that picture of Obi in his fighting stance. I'm thinking I might just take my website banner and change the text and make it my LJ banner, because I am just in love with how it turned out.

AD is still all coughy, but I think he's feeling better. He cooked a crazy meal last night, so he's feeling pro-active, which is good. Usually when he gets sick we end up getting take out. Last night was a gourmet meal, so he's almost back to normal.

That Obi_wan banner is GORGEOUS!!! I love that you used the quotes and the insignia. Yay for jujitsu Obi-Wan! (I'll always love his, 'Hello there,' to Grievous.) But, I have to say (did I tell you this already) that I love your current banner here, as well. Bravo, hun! You truly are an artist! :D

That's good to hear. :) I always find it difficult to handle sick men, well, at least, my man when he's sick. He gets all temperamental and won't accept any help. He just wants to be left alone, which is something I don't do well. ¬_¬ Yay for gourmet meals! :D
