Wow, you've met a lot of cool people! And Italy! When were you in Italy? Did you live there with your family? That's so cool...

well, I don't actually remember living in Italy. I was only three or four (and I can only figure that out by what star wars figures were in my stocking in the xmas photos). I want to go back though.

I'm sure Gorgeous and Charlie are hanging out right now...talking about how their first visible girlfriends never talk to them anymore ;-)

Oh I didn't know you were a Howie Day fan. I saw him open for Tori and went out the next day and bought his album. He was amazing. I can understand seeing him live a lot, on top of being gorgeous he's amazingly talented.

was this with or without a band? I've always preferred him solo, once the label made him have a band, we quit going to shows.

He was all by himself at the show I saw. My friend and I were really impressed by his musical abilities. I could see how the show would be less impressive with a back-up band.

So, um, check out my icon... *secretly hopes that if I show her enough pics of Ryan she'll see the light*

what has Ryan Gosling been in? I don't really recognize him...and in that photo he sorta looks like Jason Lee...

Hmm, I guess I could see that from the icon, but he really doesn't look that much like Jason Lee in real life.
He was in Murder By Numbers, but he was an evil spoiled and clean-cut (ugh) brat in that flick so don't judge him by that performance!
He really stole my heart in The Notebook. I would recommend seeing that movie if you haven't already. Other than that he hasn't really been in any other real mainstream movies. Oh wait, I think he was on the MIckey Mouse Club. LOL!

ew, Murder By Numbers, I think I wanted to slap everyone in that movie at somepoint. He wasn't the guy with the awful haircut was he?

Have never seen the notebook.

You met Q??? :D

Don't be disgusted with yourself for your previous choices in boyfriends. Take them as a learning experience. *hugs*

no no, sometimes the best thing you can learn is to be disgusted with them. For me it helps to make me realize I'm worth so much more. And, not to go by stereotype, but once I find a new person acting like the old ones early on..... I know to just stay away.

yeah, I think I agree with both of you. I know I grew from the experiences, realizing how I sorta fell into the traps of "maybe he's the only one who will like me" (and then realizing, you know, I'd rather be alone and happy then miserable and with this guy) and then also the big ALARM bells that go off when someone acts like them.

example - one of my old boyfriends refused to hold my purse for my while I ran into the bathroom. AD has no problem doing that. I remember the day I asked him to, and he was cool with it and I just felt insanely happy over that little gesture.

asshole. Adn now all he does is hang with gay people. lol. serious.

that's probably because in high school, he didn't realize that homophobia was usually contrued as being someone who was gay and afraid to admit it. Now he's doing the opposite!

buffy quote for this moment: Season 6 "As You Were"

WILLOW: (softly) Just so you know? I'm prepared to hate this woman any way you want. (shot of Riley and Sam talking closely)
BUFFY: Thanks, but no. I don't wanna seem all petty.
WILLOW: Well, that's the beauty! You can't, but I can. Please. Let me carry the hate for the both of us.
