yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

Tomorrow is pirate day at RenFest! I've only got one more piece left to find for my costume - the skirt. And Tammy just told me she was in Kohl's yesterday and they had a bunch of gypsy skirts! I went to the Annapolis Mall yesterday and stopped by Hot Topic. They had corsets out, so I bought one. It's actually pretty comfortable, though I have to sit up straight while wearing it! Yeesh, good posture for a whole day! that's crazy!

Gotta figure out what to do with my hair. jimithingy said pigtails, which I'm actually considering since it would keep the hair outta my face and also keep my head relatively cool since the weather has been pretty darn warm this week. (crap, I just looked at weather.com, rain is forecast tomorrow! Noooooo!)

Also need to decide on footwear. While boots would look cool, they might get uncomfortable walking around in them all day. But what then? sneakers? sandals? Hm....

I will remember to bring my camera. Might have to take one of my mini-backpacks for my purse too since I don't have to carry my regular bag. Gotta have my hands free for my huge turkey leg. Yum.
