You scored as River Tam. The Fugitive. You are clever and dangerous, which is a nasty combination. The fact you are crazy too just adds to your charm. They did bad things to you, but you know their secrets. They will regret how they made you.

Which Serenity character are you?

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] toothlesshag, we have even more RenFest pics!! Here I am with the Dread Pirate Wesley and a nice cup of Hard cider!

[livejournal.com profile] imabandmagnet just came into my apartment and stole my firefly DVDs!!! can you believe it? I says I will get them back on Friday....we shall see...I've got quite a gang for Serenity now, I'm quite happy. I hope they all like the movie! I know I did and I can't wait to see them enjoying every minute of it.

um....yeah, it was a day today. I was at the library for most of it. The first half of the day, I was upstairs and every patron I tried to help seemed unhelpable. Like the old man who refused to save his work before the computer logged him off so he lost everything then complained at me about technology today...whatever dude, there's a sign on the freakin' computer that says "Make sure you save your work before your session ends or you will be logged off". And if you're typing, you can READ! Ugh. Then, [livejournal.com profile] blu_harvest had this brilliant idea to order chinese food for lunch, so that gave the day bonus points as we munched on sweet and sour pork and discussed video games and TV while we ate. Then I was on the children's desk for the rest of the evening. Put lots of stickers on books and helped a few kids find a few books. That was good. Then we had the family that wouldn't leave, so instead of leaving at 9pm, we had to wait for them to pack up their stuff. Blah. Promise me, people of my flist, promise me that if you are at a place, and they announce that they will be closing in 15 minutes, that you make a B-line for the checkout. We want to go home too, especially when its 9pm at night on a wednesday and LOST is new.

Not everyone has a fantastic [livejournal.com profile] jimithingy to turn on the VCR for them. :-)

Attack of the Show did a bit on Serenity today but I missed it. I'm sure it was just the usual stuff...blahlblahblah cancelled TV show blahblahblah DVD sales blahblahblah crazed fans blahblahblah movie out friday. haha. I need to read my Serenity books so I can get some new content! Press junkets are so same ol' same ol'. But I guess not everyone can be as smart as you, my friends, and be aware of the goodness that is Joss. mmmmm. Yes.

Okay, I'm gonna go play some WoWz now because it's midnight and I need a hit before bedtime...

I've only seen the two episodes, but I kinda figured I'd get River. o_O *laughs*

WHat great pictures! It's funny how your fest looks so similar to ours here in the desert. Well, except, you guys have trees in the distance. :P

It's funny that you mention employees wanting to go home. I hate staying behind closing time. This is something that the hubby and I have even argued over... if I don't think I can get what I need before closing time, I'd rather wait for another day. It's just not polite. On the other hand, if patrons are running late in their Target shopping because they're trying to reason with their 3-yr-old about leaving the toy dept in an attempt to avoid a meltdown, said Target employees (in the foothills area) should at least try to recognize the patrons' attempts. *laughs*
