I know some of you will appreciate this - MR FLIBBLE! I should totally buy him and be Rimmer for halloween next year. Oh yes!

Hm...this is not a good sign, I've only been at the library for 1 1/2 hours and I've already read my entire friends list and e-mails. Hm.

Fine, then I shall ramble about last night's episode of 'House':

Okay, I have to say, I really liked how they did this episode. It was something different, similar to the 'Three Stories' one from last year. I felt this one could have been done better, but whatever, it was still fun to watch the story unfold.

Good things in this episode:

-we finally got to see what Stacy does! Not that it was very exciting...she's a lawyer...um...ew? Seriously though it was interesting to see how that kind of lawyer works. I'm so used to seeing big court cases and trials, but she's really more of a coach.

-the little things; Chase getting the case because he spilled the Vicodin, the way each person's story changed for Stacy and for us.

-House and Wilson's game of...um...what was that? Penny football? I just loved how serious Wilson looked when he'd set up his hands to catch the penny, and the litty paperclip goalpost. haha. that was classic.

Things that annoyed me about this episode:

-Stacy/House: this storyline needs to end! Not only has House broken the "circle of trust" by snooping into her files and then REVEALING that he did it in such a blatant way, but Stacy needs to stop leading him on with the little "I don't hate you" remarks. She needs to just hate him or whatever she wants to do. Or draw some lines that say FRIENDS ONLY! Because this is getting old fast.

-I'm totally unsure of how we're supposed to feel about Chase. I thought he was a pretty good doctor but he does seem to have a lot of careless moments. And he gets fiesty too. Maybe Foreman was right when he said that Chase wants to be House more than any of them. I find that intriguing but unnerving. We don't want 2 Houses. But then he bares his soul at the end of the episode to the brother, pretty much begging to be fired. I mean, even in the first moments of Scrubs we see Ted telling the interns NEVER to admit they did anything wrong to a patient (unless of course the patient is dead (AND YOU'RE SURE) then you can tell them whatever you want) so I felt that Chase was really being stupid saying that, especially when he said that he was hungover! Hm?

I did like it though. Next week should be interesting BUT again I have a problem with them setting up the tension around Foremen usurping House. That doesn't work, that can't happen. Can we really get worried about that? Hm.

so what did everyone else think?

If I had a choice, I'd get the Lister/Polymorph bobble head.

Me and my buddy Frank have a longstanding history of quoting that episode, and Lister in particular.

"I'm gonna go down to the munitions cabinet, get a nuclear warhead, and strap one to my head. I'll nut the smegger to oblivion!"

I hope I get the DVDs for christmas, I've had them on my wishlist forever. I have my old video tapes but I want DVD quality! (plus, then I can cap them and make icons!)

I thought that was what I wanted, but when I bought some of the DVDs, I realized I'd seen the show so many times that I'd practically just wasted my money.

Doesn't mean I'm not going to buy the rest....
