Very cool time waster. They should rename it the "goosebump-o-matic". American Rhetoric : Movie Speeches. It's pretty amusing. Though it would be even better if I was say, a teacher or student writing a paper on American film or pop culture.

I've got the Field Of Dreams speech going right now. James Earl Jones is the man.

Much like I am right now?? So far I've mentioned Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Jetsons, X-Files, Star Wars, and Britney Spears in the same essay. ;)

The topic was, "Explain the relationship between film, form, and culture and how it applies to the films studied this semester." I used Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Clueless, and Drive Me Crazy for my essay. Ninja Turtles referred to the Surfer Slang in Fast Times, and everything else is mentioned in Drive Me Crazy.

yeah, my mom says they say on the website that they didn't bother getting the rights and such to do this, so I'm guessing the whole thing will be gone once someone in hollywood gets a whiff.

oh, and if you want dorky .wavs, the internet has those aplenty! haha. I have tons of random files on my computer from all sorts of movies. It's just a tad harder to come by the 'st crispin's day speech' done by kenheth branagh ;)
