okay, I mailed the replacement CDs out to spitefairy, sideflip1, and faeriesfolly today. went to the UPS store because it's right next to Hallmark and I wanted to get some Thank You cards and browse the leftover holiday ornaments. Snagged myself the Harry Potter quidditch ornament for $6! w00t! Seriously, for 60% off, how could i say no?

I'm surprised that the Slave Leia ornament appears to be a "peg warmer". They had a bunch of her on the shelf. That was the only star wars one I saw leftover.

OH, dunno if you heard back from the Joss DVD people whitemartyr, but jimithingy got an e-mail yesterday that said the DVDs were shipping today. So it should be showing up soonish!

Supposed to go shopping with my mom this evening to buy some clothes for work. Now that I'm full time, I feel like I need some different outfits...can't wear the same style shirt every day when you're working at the same place. hehe.

But now - leftover Chipotle and possibly a Buffy episode? dstntp1lgr1m and I were yacking about Season 2 last night and now I have an urge to watch some of the Buffster.....oh but which one....which one....

I did get the email from the Joss DVD people too. I'm just prayin' it gets here before I go to L.A!!!! Gah! Otherwise I'll have to have my Mom send it down to me which'll just be nuts. I just want to watch it!! Grr arrgh.

Speaking of the classic "Grr Arrgh!" I love how after the season finale of Season 2 it is replaced with "I think I need a hug now." lol

That's an awesome price on the HP ornament! I got mine at full price. o_O I never got my Vader, though... they sold out. :(

Heh, I just watched the episode of Angel where Oz takes him that ring that could render him impervious to harm. First time I got to see it, and I was so impressed with how he portrayed Angel's first walk into the sun in a couple centuries. Very bittersweet. :D

I did manage to snag a Vader but they seem to be hard to find as a few people in my club are looking for them.

Ooooh I remember that Angel. Haven't seen it in ages. Though it does have that lovely opening bit with Spike mocking him from the rooftop! haha. Man, now I have to start watching my Angel dvds! Come to think of it, jimithingy hasn't seen most of the first season...hm....

Oooh I'm so jealous you got the HP ornament. I had to order it online for my friend cause I couldn't find one in Nashville. And THEN, when I gave it to him, he had gone and bought it. *grr* But I made him keep mine because I had written on the "Holiday Memory Card" already. ;D I wanted it so badly... maybe I can find it on eBay like I did my Padme ornament.

Something just felt wrong about the Slave Leia ornament.. I dunno, but a half-naked princess in a collar doesn't exactly scream "Christmas" to me. To each (fanboy) his own I guess. ;)

Yeah, I would never put Slave Leia or Darth on my tree. Like most of my star wars ornaments, they are just sitting out all year round. I found my ewoks and max reebo band sets the other day while cleaning my closet! Now to find a place for me...

If you still want the HP ornament I can try to snag one for you next time I'm out. Our Hallmark still had a handful yesterday, and I'm sure the $6.?? I paid for it will be lower than you can find it on ebay. *looks* yeah, even the 99 cent auctions have $5 shipping. Hm...sketchy much? So if you want me to try and grab you one I will. ;)
