Yeah, this HAS been a long week. Today I left for work at 11am.

Around 12pm I left the office and headed out on my collected runs for the day.

First run at 3p.m. in Westover (beyond Ocean City, bit to the south)
next run at 6:30pm in Washington, DC
Final run at 8:30 in Glen Burnie.

Got home at about 9:40p.m.

Dude, I am SOOOOOOOOO exhausted right now.
