me and cake

orangerfulThursday is the LATI (Library Associate Training Institute) Showcase. Think science fair but for library peoples. Pretty much, it means I've survived LATI and I now qualify for the Maryland Pension. w00t.
Anyway, the lovely ladies I work with bought me a cake to celebrate. I enjoy cake. But, being the blogger I am, I made sure we took a picture of this cake before it was devoured so I could share it with you.
My hair is quite gross - it was pouring that morning and very humid in the meeting room. Still, CAKE! Chocolate frosting and vanilla insides. I love librarians, any excuse to buy a cake, and we are so there. my job roxxors.
