Harry Potter does not make me want to shoot people. It's articles like this that make me want to hurt people.

And it's 10 times worse that it's covered in a UK newspaper, making us (as in the U.S.) look even worse than we already do. I SWEAR TO YOU WE ARE NOT ALL RAVING LUNATICS!

Some people forget how freakin violent the Bible is. I mean...come on people. *headdesk* This woman needs to be taken out in the street and beaten...with a Bible. I support the smiting of this woman.

I second that smiting! Is she so dumb to not see the parallels in the stories? (especially when JK kills off Harry in that last book...KIDDING!)

I'm just so sad that people that ignorant get the spotlight at all. They are just soooo dumb, why can't the newspapers ignore them like the rest of us do?

oh i know, but the fact that it's a UK article makes me feel as though they are saying "yet another crazy american" rather than just regular crazy person. And it saddens me that she could be robbing some kids of the one book that will turn them on to reading...
