The Prestige - are you watching closely?

So, what else did I do today besides what 6 episodes of 'Heroes'?

Well, before that we went and saw 'The Prestige' -- also known as "the movie with all the pretty people".

Yes, Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, and Scarlett Johannssan!

but wait, they didn't mention the rest of this cast! - Michael Caine! Andy Serkis! DAVID FREAKIN' BOWIE!

and also lots of random british actors that you recognize and say "oooh they are not aging so well".

I won't say too much, as I don't want to give anything away. I hadn't read any reviews of the show, just saw that it had a solid 73% on Rotten Tomatoes and 3 beautiful people that I wouldn't mind watching for a couple hours, plus written and directed by the team that brought us 'Memento'.

Definately be awake for this movie, it bounces all over and if you're not paying attention, you could end up lost and confused. It's one of those movies that will keep you thinking afterwards.

I second the being awake thing, because man is that a twisty plotline of a movie (not nearly as confusing as Memento, though, which was still good...if you could follow it)!

I also second the "keeps you thinking"; after coming back to the dorm after seeing it with my roomies I was all "CENTRAL PLOT THEME! OMG! BORDEN WAS TOTALLY THE BETTER MAGICIAN! IT ALL TIES TOGETHER!" and generally freaking them out.
